Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with any Vibrant Skin’s product, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the date of purchase and we will happily refund the purchase price (not including shipping).


Our 30-day money-back guarantee doesn't affect the legal right to cancel.


I want to return my order, what’s the process?

  • Please contact our customer care team to request a return, before returning a product.

  • Currently, we’re unable to exchange products.

  • If you return a product without contacting our customer care team, it may result in us being unable to process your return.

  • When you contact us, please confirm your order number along with the item you want to return and the reason.

  • Unless faulty, all items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Any used products may not be subject to a refund.

  • When securely packaging the item(s), please include the invoice or packaging slip.  If these are not available any longer,  please include your order number and name on a separate piece of paper.

  • Please note that we don’t include return labels with orders. When you contact customer care, they will provide you with the returns address.

  • There is a small chance your item may get lost in transit. Please make sure you keep the postage receipt when you send your item to us. Proof of postage does not cost anything but without it we may not be able to process your refund or replacement.

  • If you’ve received a free gift/product upon ordering during one of our promotional offers and would like to return your whole order, then you must return the free gift/product back to us with the rest of your order for us to process your refund. If we received your returned order without the free gift/product, then the value price of the free gift/product will be deducted from the refund of the rest of your order.

  • Refunds are processed to the card/method of payment that was used in the original order.

  • Empty bottles/tubes of products cannot be accepted.

  • Returns that exceed the 30-day guarantee period cannot be accepted.

  • We do not accept returns from orders placed via a reseller

  • Our customer care team will work hard to handle your return as soon as possible.

How can I file a complaint?

If you have a complaint about a product or service, our customer care team are here to support you, please contact them via the contact page on our website.

  • You will receive an answer as quickly as possible. Typically, you’ll receive a reply within a day, but ultimately within 14 days after the day that your complaint was received.

  • Should the processing of your complaint need longer to resolve than this, you will receive confirmation within the period of 14 days with a timeframe of when you can expect a full answer.


How will my order be shipped?

We take pride in making sure your product arrives in pristine condition!

Our parcels are shipped via Royal Mail 48 hr. Orders shipped will arrive at your home within 4-5 working days.

To ensure your products arrive on time, place your order by 2:00 pm. Orders placed after this time will be delivered one day later than the stated delivery times. Please note we don’t deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

I don’t have a UK shipping address. Can you ship to another country?

Yes. We currently ship to EU countries.


Anything else I need to know about how my order will be shipped?

  • Ordering before 2:00 pm on a working day means we will ship your item the same day, and it will be delivered to you within 2-3 working days (not counting Sundays and Bank Holidays).

  • Shipping rates are in UK Pounds Sterling and will be listed separately on your invoice.

  • Currently, we don't offer click & collect.

  • If your package does not arrive within the indicated delivery time, please contact us within 2 weeks of your parcel’s original delivery date. We can only open an investigation with the courier within a 2-week period. After those 2 weeks, we cannot provide compensation nor assist you further.
